به گزارش اسپوتنیک، در دیدار نهایی این مسابقات، تیم ایران با حساب 3 بر 1 از سد روسیه گذشت و به مقام قهرمانی والیبال نشسته پارالمپیک توکیو 2020 رسید.
در همین حال بسیاری از رسانه های دنیا از جمله دیلی میل به نقش پر رنگ مرتضی مهرزاد بازیکن بلند قامات تیم والیبال ایران در قهرمانی این تیم اشاره کردند.
مهرزاد دومین مرد بلند قامت جهان است که با دستان بلندش کمک زیادی به تیم والیبال نشسته ایران میکند.
